L'Oreal: Problematic Cosmetics Not Sold In China

According to China Finance Online, a survey conducted by China's Environmental Working Group shows that 84% of the sun cream products it tested are unqualified for consumer use, including some unspecified products from L'Oreal and Neutrogena.
