Chinese Ministries Brew Plan To Collect Vehicle Emissions Tax

Yang Chaofei, director of the Policy and Law Division of the State Administration of Environment Protection, has disclosed to local media that SEPA, the Ministry of Finance and the State Administration of Taxation are studying ways of making a new policy on pollution tax and emission tax collection.
