French President Nicolas Sarkozy, in Beijing for a three-day state visit, honored the 2007 French Ball Beijing on at Shangri-La's Kerry Centre Hotel Beijing with his presence. He spoke to an audience of almost 1000 guests from the French community and friends with his keynote address after dinner.
